Refund Policy
When and how you can get your money back for a Just Stop Pro purchase.
14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with Just Stop Pro? Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no hard feelings.
1. Who processes payments & refunds
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, on our instruction or in line with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase of digital products. Because Just Stop Pro is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply begins right away and to acknowledge that this can cause your statutory withdrawal right to lapse once supply has started.
Regardless of that, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee described above, so you can always change your mind within 14 days.
3. Subscriptions (monthly / annual)
- Pro Monthly starts with a 7-day free trial — you aren't charged until it ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
- You can cancel any time from your account or via the link on your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- A new charge (your first payment, or a renewal) can be refunded in full if you contact us within 14 days of that charge.
- We don't generally refund partial/unused time after that 14-day window, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, get in touch — we're reasonable.
4. Lifetime licence
A one-time lifetime purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase under the guarantee above.
5. How to request a refund
Two easy ways:
- Email David@juststop.app with the email you used to buy and your order/receipt number; or
- Use the help/contact link on your Paddle receipt to request it directly from Paddle.
We aim to action refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the money is returned to your original payment method — banks/card issuers then typically take a few more business days to show it.
